1. Eligibility & Age Verification

By using MetaWebCam AI, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement. The Service contains material that is sexually explicit and is intended solely for adult audiences.

2. Service Description

MetaWebCam AI is an online platform that provides access to AI-generated virtual webcam models. All models, interactions, voices, text, images, and video content on the Service are generated by artificial intelligence systems. No real human performers are involved. All interactions are fictional and intended for entertainment purposes only.

3. User Obligations

By using the Service, you agree to:

Provide accurate account and payment information
Use the Service only for lawful, personal, non-commercial purposes
Not attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or resell AI model outputs
Not share your account credentials or allow minors to access your account
Not use the Service in any jurisdiction where adult AI content is prohibited by law
Not attempt to circumvent token-based access restrictions
Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

4. Tokens, Payments & Merchant of Record

MetaWebCam AI operates on a token-based system. Tokens are purchased in packages and consumed as you interact with AI models.

Payments are processed by our Merchant of Record:

Workalisation Limited acts as the reseller and merchant of record for all purchases made on MetaWebCam AI. Your statement descriptor will reflect this entity. All prices are displayed in USD unless otherwise indicated. Tokens do not expire unless stated and have no cash value. Unused tokens are non-transferable.

5. AI Content Disclaimer

You acknowledge and accept that:

All content on the Service is generated by AI
AI responses are fictional and should not be interpreted as advice, fact, or real-world guidance
AI models may occasionally produce unexpected or imperfect outputs
Interactions should not be taken seriously or treated as genuine human interaction

6. Intellectual Property

All software, AI models, trademarks, logos, and platform content are the property of MetaWebCam AI or its licensors. You may not copy, distribute, or create derivative works without express written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MetaWebCam AI and Workalisation Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or illegal use. Upon termination, any unused tokens are forfeited without refund.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong SAR. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Hong Kong.
